FAQ's

Returns and Exchange Policy – Returns will be accepted under the following conditions: we are contacted within 14 days of delivery to be made aware of the return, items to return must be sent back within 30 days of delivery, in its original condition. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, to avoid this please email us if you have any queries about sizing before ordering.

Care – All items should be washed by hand in cool water then left flat to dry. We recommend checking for general wear and tear daily or before each use.

Dispatch – We are a small business and all of our products are handmade so please allow up to 10 days for dispatch. We aim to dispatch most items before this time, however, some may be made to order which will take the full 10 days. Please feel free to email us if you have any queries about an order you have placed.

Shipping – We charge a fixed price of £3.99 for shipping within the UK using Royal Mail. We cannot be responsible for delays that occur after the parcel leaves our workshop.

International Shipping – Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.
