One Size Does Not Fit All

One size fits all is a phrase that we hear all the time, yet we all know that it is not true. One size may fit most but definitely not all, especially when it comes to dogs.

Growing up I have always had Labradors and never struggled to find leads and collars that fit them, most pet shops had items for them. Over time I moved to having small dogs and discovered that it was almost impossible to find items small enough for them (especially when they were puppies), and on the odd occasion I did, the hardware was far too chunky and heavy. So I went about making my own that would be small enough, light enough and soft enough for their frame – whilst still be functional and show their personality, not much to ask is it? Haha.

All of our collars are adjustable to get a good fit on your dog, they come in 3 different widths and 5 different lengths. Our collars also come with 3 different sizes of hardware to match the width, meaning that your dog won’t have a heavy, bulky buckle under their chin.  Still can’t find what you’re looking for? We can custom make collars with the width and length of your choice. One of the most popular custom makes we do is a medium width collar in the large length, this is great for smaller dogs with necks of a large circumference but short width. This customization is very popular with French Bulldogs and small, slim Labradors.

Our bandanas also come in a variety of sizes, including 2 options of drop length for some widths of collars – because comfort is key. They slide over the collar which means there is as little fabric as possible around your dog’s neck.

Another goal of Lunapalooza is to create items that you wouldn’t normally find in a pet shop, so as well as a large variety of sizes, we also use fabrics in a wide variety of colours and prints to really showcase your furry friend’s personality.
